Standard made-to-order ring production takes 12–16 business days after payment and final design confirmation. Insured shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, with tracking and signature required.

Made-to-order means we craft a listed Sula design after you order, using the standard options shown on the product page. It does not make the piece final sale.

Request the return within 30 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and certificates. For an eligible return, we provide a prepaid, insured return label.

After the piece is received and passes inspection, we issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

If an engraved or bespoke piece has different cancellation or return terms, we will disclose them in writing before payment. If no exception is disclosed, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

One complimentary resize within 1 year of delivery. We provide a prepaid, insured label for the complimentary resize.

Some pavé, eternity, intricate, or large size adjustments may require a different solution. We will confirm feasibility and any cost before work begins.

Lifetime limited warranty for manufacturing defects in craftsmanship and metal. Normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, loss or theft, chemical damage, and third-party repairs or alterations are not covered.
