Lifetime limited warranty for manufacturing defects in craftsmanship and metal.
What's Covered
- Confirmed defects in metal or craftsmanship present at manufacture
- Band cracking or structural weakness caused by a manufacturing defect
- A loose stone or setting caused by a manufacturing defect
- Metal discoloration caused by a manufacturing defect
- We repair or remake confirmed manufacturing defects in craftsmanship, setting, or metal at no cost.
What's NOT Covered
- Normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, loss or theft, chemical damage, and third-party repairs or alterations are not covered.
- Sizing changes are handled under the resizing policy, not the warranty.
- Routine maintenance caused by wear, including polishing and worn prongs, is not a manufacturing defect.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Document the Issue
Email or WhatsApp us with clear photos showing the problem. Describe when you first noticed it.
We Diagnose
Our team will review and let you know if it's covered. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours of contact.
Repair or Remake
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will provide return instructions and repair or remake the piece at no cost. We will confirm the timeline after assessment.
Caring for Your Ring
Do
- Clean regularly with warm soapy water and a soft brush
- Store in the included jewelry pouch or box
- Remove before heavy exercise or manual work
- Get a professional cleaning once a year (free with us)
Don't
- Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and chlorine
- Don't wear while swimming or in hot tubs
- Avoid extreme heat or sudden temperature changes
- Don't use ultrasonic cleaners without professional guidance
Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend separate jewelry insurance for loss, theft, and accidental damage. Our warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects only.

Annual Check-Up
Free Annual Inspection
We offer a complimentary annual cleaning and inspection. Send your ring in once a year and we'll check prongs, settings, and metal integrity—then return it polished and refreshed.
