Lifetime Warranty on Metal
Covers manufacturing defects and metal issues for the lifetime of your ring. We stand behind every piece we craft.
What's Covered
- Prong issues (bent, weakened, or loosened prongs)
- Band cracking or structural weakening
- Stone setting loosening—we'll re-secure at no cost
- Manufacturing defects of any kind
- Metal discoloration due to manufacturing issues
What's NOT Covered
- Surface scratches on the band (normal with daily wear—we can polish)
- Sizing changes (covered under our free resizing policy, not warranty)
- Loss or theft (get jewelry insurance separately—see below)
- Damage from accidents (dropped, hit, crushed)
- Damage from chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaning
- Intentional misuse or modification by third parties
How to File a Warranty Claim
Document the Issue
Email or WhatsApp us with clear photos showing the problem. Describe when you first noticed it.
We Diagnose
Our team will review and let you know if it's covered. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours of contact.
Repair or Remake
We'll repair or remake at no cost. Ship your ring back with our prepaid label. Turn-around: 5–10 business days.
Caring for Your Ring
Do
- Clean regularly with warm soapy water and a soft brush
- Store in the included jewelry pouch or box
- Remove before heavy exercise or manual work
- Get a professional cleaning once a year (free with us)
Don't
- Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and chlorine
- Don't wear while swimming or in hot tubs
- Avoid extreme heat or sudden temperature changes
- Don't use ultrasonic cleaners without professional guidance
Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend getting separate jewelry insurance for your ring. Our warranty covers manufacturing—insurance covers everything else.

- Your IGI certificate provides the documentation needed for coverage
- Most homeowner's policies can add a jewelry rider—ask your insurer
Annual Check-Up
Free Annual Inspection
We offer a complimentary annual cleaning and inspection. Send your ring in once a year and we'll check prongs, settings, and metal integrity—then return it polished and refreshed.
