About Our Diamonds
Are your diamonds "real"?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically identical to mined diamonds—same carbon crystal structure, same hardness (10 on Mohs scale), same brilliance. They're graded by IGI, the leading authority for lab-grown stones.
Why lab-grown instead of natural?
Lab-grown offers better value, transparency, and sustainability. At 2ct+, you get a significantly larger, higher-quality stone for your budget. The savings come from the production method—not the quality.
Are lab-grown diamonds durable?
Yes. Lab-grown and natural diamonds are identical in hardness and durability. They last forever—same as any diamond.
Customization & Options
Can I customize the ring?
Yes. You can customize metal (Platinum, or 14K or 18K Solid Gold in white, yellow, or rose), ring size, and stone specifications (carat, color, clarity range). The setting design is fixed—we've optimized each design for beauty and structural integrity.
Can I change the stone size after ordering?
Yes, but it requires ordering a new ring. We can upgrade or downsize and charge the difference in cost. Contact us to discuss.
What metals are available?
Platinum (on select settings), and 14K or 18K Solid Gold in White, Yellow, and Rose. All gold is solid—never plated.
Can I order the same ring multiple times?
Yes. We'll use the same specifications and provide consistent results across orders.
Timeline & Shipping
How long does it take to get my ring?
12–16 business days for production + 5–7 days for shipping = 17–23 days total from payment confirmation.
Do you have rush production?
Not currently. Our standard timeline is 12–16 business days. Contact us for special requests and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Where do you ship?
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and EU. Other locations available upon request.
How is the ring shipped?
DHL Express—insured, tracked, and signature required on delivery. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your ring ships.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know my ring size?
Use our Ring Sizing Guide for at-home measurement methods, or visit any local jewelry store for a free measurement. Not sure? We can help during your consultation.
What if the size is wrong?
Free resizing within 1 year. We'll resize at no cost—you just ship it back using our prepaid label.
Does the band width affect sizing?
Slightly. Wide bands (>3mm) may feel snugger than narrow bands. Bring this up during your consultation and we'll advise.
Returns & Policies
Can I return the ring?
Yes. 30-day return policy from delivery date. Full refund, no questions asked. Items must be in unworn condition with original packaging.
What if I don't like the ring when it arrives?
We handle returns professionally and with care. If sizing is the issue, we resize for free. If you're unsure before ordering, book a consultation first—it helps.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Lifetime warranty on metal covering manufacturing defects. Does not cover normal wear, accidents, or loss/theft.
Can I resize after purchase?
Yes. Free within the first year. Beyond that, we can arrange professional resizing at standard rates.
Certification & Authentication
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. All diamonds come with an IGI grading report. You can verify your stone independently at igi.org using the certificate number.
What if I'm not sure about the certificate?
We provide guidance on verification. You can also take it to an independent gemologist for a second opinion—they'll confirm the IGI grading.
Consultation & Support
Do I have to book a consultation?
Not required, but recommended. A 15-minute Zoom call helps ensure you choose the right shape, metal, size, and stone specs. No obligation.
What if I have questions before ordering?
Email, WhatsApp, or book a consultation. We respond within 24 hours—real people, personalized advice.
Do you offer aftercare support?
Yes. Lifetime warranty, free resizing within 1 year, annual cleaning and inspection, and care guidance included with every purchase.

Can I order for someone else?
Absolutely. We'll work with you on sizing and customization. Consider booking a consultation if the recipient isn't involved—we'll help you nail the details.
