How to Request Resizing

Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and new ring size.

Ship Your Ring
We'll send a prepaid, insured return label. Pack in original box.

Receive Resized Ring
We resize, quality-check, and ship back with tracking. 5–7 business days.
Why Might You Need Resizing?
- Seasonal changes—temperature affects how metal sits on your finger
- Weight fluctuations over time
- Just realized the size is slightly off (it happens!)
- Setting sits differently than expected on your hand shape
After Year 1
- Resizing still available at professional rates
- We can handle it directly or recommend trusted local jewelers
- Pricing depends on the adjustment needed (typically $50–$100)
What Can (and Can't) Be Resized
✓ Resizable
- Simple bands—easily adjusted
- Rings with side stones—slightly more complex but doable
- Most of our engagement ring designs
✗ Limitations
- Some very intricate or eternity designs (we'll let you know upfront)
- Sizes below US 3 or above US 13
- Adjustments beyond 2 full sizes from original
