Production Timeline
- Standard made-to-order ring production takes 12–16 business days after payment and final design confirmation.
- If a bespoke request needs more time, we will confirm the timeline in writing before payment.
- You'll receive production updates throughout the process
- Made-to-order means we craft a listed Sula design after you order, using the standard options shown on the product page. It does not make the piece final sale.

- Insured shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, with tracking and signature required.
