Do I need to know what I want before booking?
Not at all. Most people come in with a vague idea — "something classic" or "she likes oval shapes". We work backwards from there. The consultation is designed to help you figure it out, not to confirm something you've already decided.
Will I be pressured to buy?
No. We have a strict no-pressure policy. The consultation is genuinely free with no expectation of purchase. If you want to think it over, take your time — we will not follow up unless you ask us to.
What if I already know what I want?
Even better. We can confirm your choice, check the specs make sense for your budget, and move straight to the order. Some consultations are 5 minutes.
Can my partner join the call?
Yes — and many couples do. If you are choosing together, it makes the process faster and more enjoyable.
How long does it take to get the ring after ordering?
Every Sula Bridal ring is made to order. Standard crafting time is 12–16 business days from order confirmation, plus shipping.
