Who We Are
Sula Bridal ("Sula Bridal," "we," "us," or "our") designs and sells made-to-order lab-grown diamond engagement rings and bridal jewelry online. Our Products
- Every ring is handcrafted to order to your chosen specifications — shape, metal, carat weight, and size.
- Our diamonds are lab-grown and independently graded; certificate details (e.g. IGI) are provided with each order where applicable.
- Product images are high-fidelity renders and photographs intended to represent the design accurately. Because each piece is handmade, minor natural variation in finish, color tone, and stone position is normal and not a defect.
- Metals are solid 18K gold or platinum as specified on each product page. We do not sell plated or filled metals.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider; we never see or store your full card details.
- Orders are confirmed once payment clears. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if a product was listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable.
- For US deliveries we cover import duties. For other destinations, any customs duties or import taxes charged on arrival are the customer's responsibility.
Orders & Production
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm your order by email.
- Because items are made to order, production begins after payment is confirmed. We'll communicate your timeline before work starts.
- We may contact you to confirm sizing, specifications, or details before production. Delays in confirming these can extend your timeline.
- Estimated production and shipping times are described on our Shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees.

Cancellations, Returns & Warranty
- Because each piece is custom-made, cancellation and return conditions are specific — please read our Returns & Exchanges and Resizing policies before ordering.
- We stand behind our craftsmanship. Manufacturing defects are covered under our Warranty & Care policy.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, images, text, logos, and the Sula Bridal name — is owned by or licensed to Sula Bridal and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sula Bridal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in California, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
