- Full refund within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked
- Return shipping covered in most cases (prepaid label provided)
- Items must be in unworn condition with original packaging

Remake & Repair
- Manufacturing defects: We'll remake the ring at no cost
- Damage from normal wear: Covered under our lifetime warranty
- Process: Same as returns—contact us, ship it back, we handle the rest
