How can I verify IGI or GIA certification?

Every Sula Bridal diamond comes with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) certification report that details the stone's 4Cs — carat weight, cut, color, and clarity. You can verify any IGI report online at igi.org by entering the report number. GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certification is available upon request for an additional fee. Both IGI and GIA are internationally recognized, independent grading laboratories with no financial interest in the diamonds they certify.

What is the lead time and shipping policy?

Standard made-to-order ring production takes 12–16 business days after payment and final design confirmation. Insured shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, with tracking and signature required.

What is your return and resizing policy?

Eligible unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Request the return within 30 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and certificates. One complimentary resize within 1 year of delivery. If an engraved or bespoke piece has different cancellation or return terms, we will disclose them in writing before payment. If no exception is disclosed, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

How long does customization take?
